Working moulds
The working moulds are cast from a tried-and-tested aluminium alloy. Side strips are made from chrome-nickel steel, furnished with welded threaded bolts, and screwed tightly onto the working mould from the clamping area. The working moulds come with further customised options, such as centring bushes and mould sleeves, water suction flanges, brakes, handles and eyebolts to fasten the rubber hose for water suction.
The quad bushes are a real highlight among the aforementioned working moulds. Longitudinal and shear forces produced during grouting, coupled with mechanical inaccuracies, can lead to displaced roof tile images at the lower grouting point. Mechanically defined displacement of the quad bushes allows the working moulds to be mounted in an offset pattern on the tool shaft pressure piece. This enables us to achieve the same tool shaft for the upper and lower working mould at the lower grouting point. Existing moulds can be retrofitted with this new system.
Our product range also includes tools for rubber/steel grouting.
