Nozzles

We use a specially developed analytical process on the roof tile cross-section to determine the exact material requirements. We define the most economical mould/geometry for the chunk, taking into account the transport route and optimum support on the lower working mould, in combination with the lowest possible material surplus.

The nozzles are made from steel or wear-resistant plastic depending on the type of extrusion press.
